The store is really clean, well organised and stocked with so many Korean skincare options. What really stood out was how helpful the staff were. One of them took the time to properly listen to my skin concerns and explained products in a really clear and reassuring way. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all and the recommendations felt very thoughtful and personalised. It honestly made the whole shopping experience feel calm and enjoyable rather than overwhelming. You can tell the staff really know their products and genuinely want to help. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I been to the shop today around 12:27 Sofia, took care of me, she is brilliant in terms of customer care and knows all the products. She patiently went through all the ingredients to specify the right products for my sensitive skin.Sofia also told me how to layer them and when to use what. Proper Dermatology consultation………. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as a person who is just getting into Korean beauty products. They answered all my questions and helped direct me to products that I was looking for. The shop was very clean and tidy as well as organised. It has a wide range of products to choose from which was nice to see, especially as a person with very sensitive skin, meaning not all products are suitable for me. Would highly recommend.
