PURESEOUL Carnaby Street - Korean Beauty Shop

Shout out to Zain who provided me with amazing service. I approached him regarding my skin concerns and he directed me to the products that would suit my combination acne prone skin. I was so happy with the recommendations he made, a cleanser + lightweight moisturiser that didn't clog my pores as well as lightweight SPF 50. Thank you again Zain!

I recently visited the store and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with customer service. There were three cashiers behind the desk and a few other staff members around the shop, and I was the only customer at the time. When I asked about adding point to the loyalty program, the cashier initially told me that I should do it. myself. I politely asked if she could add my email at the register instead. She responded in a rude tone that she was too busy. Since I was the only customer in the store, this was quite surprising.

My first time in this shop and I went there for a specific product. This particular product was out of their stock but the sales person, May, was very helpful and I ended up with some additional products that I am happy to discover.

I LOVE going to PureSeoul, it’s always such a treat! The stores look amazing, the blue is so pretty, the product range is in insane 🤯 Been a loyal fan and customer for a couple of years. The staff is always on top off all info about all products and they run the best pop-ups and of course store openings. 🩵 They truly are the nr 1 Korean Beauty brand in the UK!

Visited Pureseoul on Carnaby Street it can get quite busy, especially on weekends, but the overall atmosphere is nice and the store is well presented. There’s a good variety of products to browse, and some of the staff were friendly and helpful when needed. A nice place to visit if you’re interested in skincare and beauty shopping.
