I came in to find some makeup for my girlfriend. One of the workers was very informative on what would suit her best and her preferences. I also needed help with some skincare products because she has very acne prone skin and she helped me find a product suitable for her exact needs. My girlfriend wanted to say thank you through this review as she’s so happy with the products that were picked out for her. Great store and great service from Melis.

I popped in to buy some makeup products for my wife - a brave mission considering I can barely pick the right shampoo for myself. Luckily, the staff were absolute stars. They made sure I left with something she’d love. It felt like they really cared about getting it right rather than just making a sale. Judging by her reaction, they clearly know their stuff well. Great service, great products(even though my wife refused to let me “test” any of it on myself when I got home. Probably for the best), and a team that made the whole thing surprisingly fun.

Great store, definitely recommend this one over the other locations. My experience was great. They really know customer service. The staff are very friendly but professional and really knowledgeable about products. I can tell they care about building relationships with customers and not treating them like a buyer and understanding the needs of their customers.

Had such a nice experience at Pureseoul thanks to Malik! He was really friendly, patient and easy to talk to, and he actually took the time to help me find products that suited my skin instead of just trying to sell random things. He explained everything properly and made the whole shopping experience feel really comfortable and welcoming. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a skincare store :)
