PURESEOUL Westfield Stratford City - Korean Beauty Shop

This morning I went into thw Stratford Westfeild branch and was absolutely shocked at how terrible the service is in this place! the staff looked like they cant be botherd being here and they kept looking at me funny just because I was not interested in buying anything. Then even at the counter the lady who served me this morning looked like she was so unbothered with her job. No smile no polite manner. People need to be re-evaluated here because I certainly won’t be spending my money here ever again! (I had felt the need to be buying something so I just did for the sake of them being so judgmental around me as I wasn’t interested in buying anything. I felt very pressured.) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

My experience was absolutely amazing from staff named Yusuf, he was extremely patient helpful and gave detailed information about the products. It was obvious he had knowledge about what he was talking about.which gave me confidence in buying products from the shop. I most certainly will be back again. A big thank you to YUSUF 👏🏽 Also the other staff were giving a lovely environment to walk in to. Thank you
