Clean, inviting, and fun private room karaoke spot in a convenient Shibuya location! Wait time was minimal and the cost was a great value for the unlimited drinks that were included. State-of-the-art equipment and a massive song selection made for a pleasant experience as well. We enjoyed our time here so much that we returned again just a few evenings after our first visit - so much fun!!
Undoubtedly, it’s the best karaoke spot in Japan. The rooms are spacious and incredibly clean. If you’re lucky, you can book a “free time” slot, which lets you sing from your booking time until 7pm (though it’s not free, it means unlimited singing during that time). You also get bottomless drinks and even ice cream! They have a coffee machine and a variety of tea packs to choose from. The staff were polite and attentive, making the experience even better.
We had a fantastic time at Rainbow Karaoke. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. We took the VIP room and paid per 30 minutes. The decoration is extremely beautiful and makes you feel like you are in a hotel in New York in the eighties. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is because it is hard to find. There is a sign on the first building that it is on the 6th floor. So we went into that building and came to conclusion that Rainbow Karaoke was not through this mall entrance. We had to look for about 10 minutes and ended up at a side street and a small stairway leading to the elevator to go to this karaoke. This could be easily resolved by putting more signage.
A relaxed karaoke spot in the heart of Shibuya. The atmosphere feels calm and welcoming, with private rooms, playful colors, and a convenient self-serve drink bar. It’s easy to drop in for a short break or stay longer and unwind. You don’t have to sing perfectly — it’s more about relaxing, laughing between songs, and enjoying the moment. A casual, comforting escape that fits into any part of the day.
We got given a cute little cottage themed room. Which was very clean! The touch pad had an English option and was easy to navigate. They had lots of English songs to chose from. We chose the unlimited drinks (soft drinks) option with our room as well, where you could drink as much as you like from the self-serve bar. You could also order food to the room too. We only paid for the hour but could've easily spent a couple more! It was a lot of fun.
