Red Square Spa

Very disappointing experience. The spa itself looked fine, but the staff attitude ruined it. We politely asked for extra towels and were refused without any real explanation. For a place that calls itself a spa, basic comfort and customer service should be a priority.

Not a relaxing experience at all. The lady working there refused to give us extra towels, even though it was a reasonable request. The attitude was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Definitely not what you expect from a spa.

I like everything about this place. I know there are a lot of angry reviews for some reason, but if you want a cosy and real BANYA this is the place. The food is awesome, too. Obviously people who don’t like their food have never eaten Slavic food.. Anyhow! Just do it!

Amazing experience! The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the staff were professional and attentive. Every treatment was top-notch, leaving me feeling refreshed and completely rejuvenated. From start to finish. A+

Love to come to this spa with my friends and family. Easy parking. Quick service, very upfront and personal, I like that. Food is great and prices are reasonable. This is one of my favorite places to go to when I am craving comfort food, steam room and an ice cold beer on a draft. Will definitely be back.
