Lovely to see how much this shop has now improved with the lovely Managers and Sales Assistants! The young lady who served me was friendly, polite and very professional, helping me to select the best products at Rei Iwatakiya! I ended up purchasing 5 items due to the special buy any 5 items and get the cheapest one free special promotions and you even get free candy fruit sweets at checkout which is super cute! So overall I bought a special cleanser, hydrating and moisturising special shampoo to treat my dry hair, Medicube face masks set, special under eye moisturising cream with a panda design on it and more! I love how I got the super adorable bear phone case for my Mum and she loves it so much! Thanks so much Rei Iwatakiya Team and I will certainly be recommending this store to friends!

I had a good time here! I didn’t get the name of the girl who served me but she was such a gem and even recommended me items that matched my hair colour and skin tone!! We chatted for a while and got along really well I felt really welcome opposed to some other asian beauty shops! I dont know much about asian beauty brands so i cant comment on the variety but i liked what they had 👀

Kudoos to the sales assistant who had amazing recommendations. I think I have a new personal favourite body milk. It smells so good and is so moisturising than most popular body milks and creams. I definitely recommend going here for amazing underrated skincare products! M going to be back real soon!!

had the most lovely experience here with one of the assistants! she was so helpful and considerate, constantly providing helpful information to my friend who was looking for a range of things. she was incredibly knowledgable about all the products in the store and had first hand experience using many of them. as someone who is very uninitiated into j-beauty, i feel like this would be a great spot to learn more! sorry i didn’t catch her name!

I visited Reiwatakiya hoping to try something different. I asked for a sensitive shampoo and they quickly located the item for me. The assistant was polite and helpful, but they informed me the shampoo was priced over £30 at the till. I wish there is a price label on the product. Overall, it was good experience. Attentive staff, though the product is on the pricier side.
