I love to shop at Rigbeauty more than GTworld ,simply because the customer service is on point 💯 .the owner takes time for her customer, she is always there to help, the place is very neat and has a beauty desk with a mirror for the customers. She is very friendly sweet soul. Whenever am in Frankfurt I stop by.

I was here today on Saturday October 29, 2022. The store is so clean, extremely well organized and stocked up on everything. Prices are reasonable. I purchased 2 hair products, the lady that helped me was very nice and friendly.

A well stocked and clean store with a wide array of hair products and accessories for just about everyone, particularly afrocentric hair. The location is pretry convenient if you are starting from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof as it is just about 7 mins walking distance from there. The staff are friendly, helpful and multi-lingual as well, so regardless of if you speak Deutsch or English, they can assist you. Would recommend.

Its possible some of the hair parodycts are counterfeit. I bought shea moisture hair products and they are considerably different from the legitimate products in terms of scent, texture, and efficiency

The staff is unbelievably nice and sweet and super helpful. I arrived 10 minutes after closing, and they kept the doors open for me which in itself is extremely nice and not common. In addition to that the owner of the store was so sweet. She instantly helped me with any questions that I had and literally showered me with compliments. If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would. They are good people and deserve nothing but happiness and blessings, and not to mention the quality of the products are unmatched!! 12/10 I recommend
