The most outstanding and authentic Korean BBQ restaurant I’ve ever visited so far, and it’s definitely the best choice in Chicago without any question. I ordered marinated sliced beef (bulgogi) and sliced pork belly bacon (sam gyeop sai), and they were both beyond my expectation. Most importantly, they serve more than 20 kinds of free sides for each table no matter how many people you bring with (actually I got 26 kinds of sides). Overall, I did appreciate not just their quality food but also the restaurant ambiance, even though this place is a bit pricy, but it’s still worthy of a visit.

The best Korean BBQ Experience ive ever had. The banchan is by far the best part of the meal. Language barrier can be an issue at times but no big deal. Must try the fish pancake.

The food is okay, but I really want to complain about the service. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to eat, I’d recommend avoiding this restaurant. The customer service here is honestly pretty bad. We understand that sometimes the kitchen can get busy, but when we were there, there were only five tables occupied. Still, we waited at least 40 minutes just to get a pancake. (We have a total of 9 people in our group) We also asked for small side dishes, but the staff told us they only come with soup, which was frustrating. The most upsetting part was the staff’s attitude — it felt like we owed them something. When the soup finally came, one of the staff asked us to go get it ourselves and even said, “It’s not hot.” That’s just ridiculous. We’re the customers — we’re not asking for much, just basic politeness and decent service. I’m really disappointed with how we were treated.

This is my first time of coming this restaurant. The food was delicious, I did like it. For the week day of restaurant it was not that much busy for that restaurant, me and my friend we came in asked for 2 people for table, the servers girl attitude was not good and she did not even give the smile. That’s ok we skipped it, we took the seat and ordering our food. When one of the servers brought the side dishes she put in the wrong side of table and we had to move everything ourselves even though my friend asked her to pass her but she didn’t care. While we were having the whole time of dinner only Buss man came and helped us for grilled pan changing. Unfortunately, I found out from the 3 of the servers, 2 of the servers were using ear buds and using their phone all the time for no reason. And they barely check what the customer needs to help. First of all as a professional employee of the customer service industry I would like to suggest please try to maintain the customer experience quality. And don’t ruin our good time, and vibe because of you guys poor quality of customer service. If you servers work for only tip money without willing to put effort for customers, you guys better stay away from the customer service industry. I really didn’t willing to leave the tips for servers but I do respect our customer service which relying on tips that’s why I don’t wanna be rude. But I left the separate cash tip for Buss man coz I appreciate for his efforts and helping. That is the worst terrible experience about this experience. So yeah if you wanna try the good the korean BBQ without looking at the servers faces that would be great for you guys. Otherwise it’s not worth it to have a good experience.

Good quality meat, good service, they do also have a parking lot but it seems to get full quick. Changed our grill often which was nice. We love Korean bbq so we would come back again. Prices seem fair for the great quality of meat & and for sides that you get. 20+ sides (not kidding)
