Sapphire Karaoke & Restaurant

10/10!!!!! We celebrated my birthday and I made reservations in advance. The aesthetic and decor from the moment you walk in are great and honestly feels and looks like luxury. Service was amazing, prices for karaoke were very reasonable and staff was so friendly. They even gifted me a fruit tower for my birthday! We will for sure be making this our new to go spot! 🙂🙂🙂🙂

The setup of this place was great. I threw a birthday party here with about 16 ppl. We had room #9. The karoake was easy to use and the mics worked plus we had a private bathroom. My only issue with this place was how slow the service was. For a party this large we ordered 2 bottles and a bunch of their appetizers. Everyone arrived around 930 and we didnt get to order until almost 1045. I had to go find my server on various occasions. Thankfully she did allow us to stay an hour past my reservation. We had a blast but they have to work on faster service when dealing with big groups

I had a awesome!!! Time here Friday night with family. We had rsvp one of their private rooms, a celebration for my sister! & her husband. It was amazing doing the karaoke! Their rsvp rooms are nice!! More like royalty rooms. The inside is clean & very attractive to the customers eye. we would love to come back again. Our servers were very attentive and checked in on us periodically. Their wings! Are a 10. We had teriyaki and I think hot wings & other sides but those teriyaki wings! I got to have again! Lol

I really can’t say enough great things about this place! Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to book with. She was so accommodating as I had to move my reservation back twice due to friends getting off work late. I even called less than an hour before to see if I could push back the time and she said no problem at all! Check in was very simple. We did have some issues with the mics for the first 20 minutes of our time there but that was resolved and they even let us stay 30 minutes past our time to make up for it which was truly appreciated. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! My friends enjoyed the food and the drinks were STRONG and very reasonably priced. The karaoke system was extremely user friendly with a wonderful selection of songs and the private bathroom in the room was very clean. Thank you to the team for everything!!! This will absolutely be my go to karaoke spot for now on and I am excited to recommend it to others. 100/10 experience!

Fun spot to go for karaoke night. There’s a large spacious open seating area & karaoke rooms you can book for time slots. Plenty parking but it’s in a Busy plaza (same as mamak, sweet hut & many other popular restaurants ). Good appetizers selection with veg & non veg options at reasonable prices for food & drinks! All the food tasted great. Great for celebrations, GNO etc
