Sweet box is alway hot people are friendly and the cold dip is always my favorite. Great place to get away from the wife and unwind

I was a little intimidated when I heard about this place but what a great experience. 2 hot saunas and 40 degree plunge pool with fresh pierogi and beers? SOLID! This place had some great history on the walls so you could learn the etiology behind the sweatlodge. Food was great; place is super cool.

One of the best gems in all of Chicago. This place is absolutely incredible. Incredibly hot dry/wet sauna, great cold plunge, and infinity chairs with TVs & food to relax in between sessions. They also provide you with sandals and towels. A health and longevity hack too, a must for any local Chicagoan.
