A relaxing sanctuary in the heart of CBD. Tried the Aufguss session twice this week and it was such a treat. Aromatherapy combined with towels circulating the hot air that increases sweat and detox. The rain shower is strong and cubicles are clean. Also, their friendly staff Rui en and Max were helpful and attentive. Hope this bathhouse will be here to stay!
Great convenient location! The facilities in here are well maintained and hygienic. Top notch sauna + sauna ritual. Cool staff too.
Stumbled upon this place during their soft launch and wow — what a find! They have double dry heat saunas + a private sauna — honestly the biggest sauna I've ever seen. Also, the water pressure in the showers. If you know, you know. They absolutely nailed it. They even provide swimsuits so you can literally just walk in with nothing and be sorted! Cold showers before you hop into the ice pools or hot pools, every little amenity is just thought through. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive — the whole vibe was just warm and welcoming. If this is them during soft launch, I can't wait to see what the full opening looks like. Definitely coming back!
Amazing facilities. I love how the hot and cold tub (7/8C) are side by side so you can jump in and out. They also have two sauna. They also have an Aufguss performance where they release 3 different scents into the sauna. Thoroughly enjoyed it (fyi it’s only available at two timings from what I heard but I got lucky and caught a third one)
The heart of any recovery space, for me, is the sauna. Everything else should revolve around it. I’ve been doing daily sessions for a while now, minimum 20 minutes, but I always struggled to go beyond that. High humidity makes it hard to breathe and even harder to stay. Then I came across Bryan Johnson’s article that real benefits start at 31 minutes. That’s where Sauna Bath House completely changed things. Founded and designed by a medical doctor inspired by Finland and Norway, this place is built properly, not just aesthetically but functionally. There are two dry saunas, which is rare in Singapore, set at 80+ and 95°C, both with low humidity. And that changes everything. For the first time, I managed a full 31-minute session, what Bryan calls “saunamaxxing.” At 95°C, but dry, controlled, and sustainable. And then there’s the Aufguss. Led by an Italian sauna master, intense, precise, almost theatrical. Ice infused scents, perfectly synced music, and powerful fanning rhythms that completely transform the experience. The rest of the space doesn’t feel like an afterthought either. The cold plunge and hot bath are designed for efficient contrast therapy, there are ample showers with no waiting, and premium amenities from Omno. Plus footwear is left outside, making the entire space inside clean and comfortable to walk about barefoot. There is also no need to bring anything, just yourself with bathers and towels provided. All in all, it feels intentional, refined, and exclusive. This is how a recovery space should be built. Highly recommended.
