I fell asleep comfortably during the aroma treatment after the sauna. The time was set leisurely so I was able to fully enjoy the sauna and use the powder booth in peace. The staff were very thorough in their explanations, and I'm so grateful that they allowed me to lie quietly during the aroma treatment... This is a place I definitely want to visit when I go to Tokyo.

They’re pricy but it’s worth it!

Japanese meditation sauna - the best sauna experience I’ve ever had!

A lovely private sauna! A little pricier than other saunas although I went with a trial ticket but you can stay in the sauna for 90 mins (v 60 mins for many other private saunas), there are luxe skincare and shower products, you can choose between a number of beauty tools like scalp massager to use. Lovely space although a little small/powder room not so private as people cleaning around you.

I was so impressed! The staff was very professional and was able to walk me through the facilities using a translation app as I don’t speak Japanese. The private sauna is so beautifully designed. The cold bath and sauna temperatures can be changed based on your preference. They have a community powder room to use afterwards.
