What locals say
I had a good experience in the private vapor room. I didn't get any other services, so I cannot speak to those. I was not annoying asked for a massage many times as many reviewers here have commented. I went on a Saturday evening around 6p, and there was no availability for the private saunas and turcos, but I was happy with the vapor!
Great place to go and feel worse about yourself. Yes, I know I was being overcharged. Yes, I still gave a good tip. Paying about 150% above the Mexican price. Better service? No. Mostly, they are looking for the next scam and pay little attention to you once you actually hire a massage. Gave up on the group and switched to private. And again, the game is to get as much money from you while doing the least. Yes, they will promise they know how, demand a lot, settle on a price and then ... maybe they show - an hour, two hours later. Literally. Or they begin (having shown they know pretty much nothing about the body) and immediately start to complain and give up 15 min in - their tired. So, if you like paying people with absolutely no interest in pleasing you, being ignored, lied to, and, have the the boss on the floor basically laugh in your face (hey, what happened to the masseur?), this is your place. Far better to take the car and go to a place that actually tries to do their best. You can buy some of the hotel saunas.
I got the private suite. More than I expected. Very nice. In addition to all the bath amenities there is a personal sauna, full jacuzzi, and a big screen tv where you can watch from a bed. Very comfortable. But best of all was the actual HOT water. My hotel had cold and less cold only.
I love this place. Clean and reliable.
Really really nice clean and inexpensive 😁😊
