I wish I could give more than five stars! First off, we booked kind of late and they made room for 2 of us last minute. It was a gift from my bff for my birthday and what an absolute treat it was. From the warm reception from Alexis, and the initial tour from Carlos the stage was set for a fantastic experience. I had a facial from Rachel who was STELLAR. Hands down best facial I've ever had and I've a lot, trust. ;) My friends facial was done by Allie and she echoed my sentiments - top tier. But it didn't stop after the treatments. We were given warm neck pillows, tucked into comfy chaise lounges with fluffy blankets and treated with tasty yogurt and granola parfaits and a hot cup of tea. We could have stayed all day! When we checked out Alexis presented me a birthday card and little gift bag of samples which was beyond thoughtful. Thank you to all the staff for making our girls weekend something special. We will be back.

Amazing massage service. But the lounge is small and snacks are stale and limited. Amenities could be better compared to other spas at park hyatt & fairmont. Still 5 stars because of the amazing massage and stellar customer service. 90 minutes flew by.

Luxurious hotel with very aesthetically pleasing ambiance. Valet parking, and amenties along with the spa are located all on one floor. Gym had outdated machines but still in great shape. Refreshing flavored water also in gym area with locker area. Saltwater heated pool was well maintained. Towels provided for in the pool area. However, the sauna is out of service as their sign said they are getting a new one in the future. Greeted and treated with so much hospitality at the spa. Welcome tea was very nice. However their snack selection was very limited - fruit yogurt cup, mixed nuts, tea and fruits. Would be nice to have more snack alternatives though. 60 mins RMT with Mark was very relaxing! Room area was customizable to your liking (music, lighting) and even your choice of oil fragrance. Definitely a very enjoyable time. Would come back as a treat again to myself.

From beginning to end- this experience left me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and cared for. Every person I interacted with was helpful, sincere and kind- no request too outlandish. The amenities are an extension from the gorgeous Georgia Hotel - so be prepared to be swept into warm colours, compact rooms that are maximized for their space and privacy. And if you’re lucky enough to have Rachel do your signature facial- you will wonder how to go back to your “other spa”. This is the question I am now faced with. I hope you get a chance to experience this retreat from reality. I sampled the granola yogurt which was fresh, well-balanced and delicious. The tea selection was excellent. And the pool, sauna are out of this world. If you want a little get away, bring a great book and fit this into your schedule. And- plan to stay for the day.

From the first minute we entered the spa area, feeling of amazing atmosphere made us happy. Carlos is an excellent guide, his smile can melt all your troubles. Alexis answered all our questions and gave us a feeling of our great holiday on Women's day. We enjoyed comfy armchairs with pillows, compliment fruits and flavorable tea, warm towels and shiny bathroom. We got fantastic face massage, also neck and arms massage from Reina and Jay. They both are super professional and delicate. All is perfect and unforgettable. Now dreaming about the next visit to Rosewood Spa.
