Subject: Feedback Regarding Unsatisfactory Customer Experience on 2 August 2025 Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment following an unpleasant experience at your store on 2 August 2025, between 5:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. (check your cctv or staff break schedule) Upon entering the store, I approached a female staff member—who was visibly seated in plain view of customers and watching a movie on her phone using wired earbuds—to inquire about a particular product. Unaware that she was on break, I politely asked for assistance. In response, she gave me a look that I found deeply unpleasant and disrespectful, slowly removed her earbuds, and loudly called across the store for a colleague to assist me. Unfortunately, no one followed up, and she made no further effort to help. I left the store with a strong sense of disappointment. This type of attitude and lack of service not only reflects poorly on the individual but also on the standards of the store as a whole. Regretfully, I will not be returning as a patron. A good variety of Korean grocery with affordable price.

There is one of best Korean foods supermarket but on B1. So not too busy and looking for the place slowly. Many kinds of foods, snacks, sources, also teas as well. I’m loving with the place.

Great choice of instant noodles 😋 I just got some for a 50 cent per box that was having such an ossom taste that I never had before 🤑worth it guys .
