Last night, we had an amazing time at Singing Karaoke. Luke and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome celebration for our friend's 30th birthday. The entrance to the venue was bright and stylish, and the rooms were spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. There were endless song options to choose from. The cost is $15 per person per hour. We were given complimentary popcorn as well as menus to order food and drinks. While the place is not BYOB, you can bring outside food for an additional charge. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, we all had a great time and highly recommend this place. Thank you Luke and staff!

This place was sooo great! It’s located in a plaza, that has tons of restaurants and stores, so if your friends are late, don’t worry, plenty of things to do while you wait. There are tons of rooms, each one is decorated differently, Luke was nice enough to give us a tour. They have rooms ranging for group of 2-3 up to 70 people!!! They give free popcorn and water bottles (as much as you like). And it’s only $15 per hour, per person. This was a great deal! The room we were in had 4 microphones, so multiple ppl can join in on the fun. Luke was extremely friendly, and made us feel at home, he was absolutely amazing and had great customer service. This karaoke place doesn’t have an age restriction, which is great for kids and teens!

Great experience hosting a birthday party here for 30+ people. The party room was spacious and clean upon arrival (pics below). Luke and Jessie were a pleasure to work with and we appreciate the accomodations that they gave to us because we were a larger group. Be warned that the room rental and any drink orders are subject to an automatic "20% gratuity," which sometimes works out be an even higher percentage by the way they calculate it (which adds a considerable amount to the bills).

Came here with friends and honestly had such a good time. The rooms were clean, the sound system was solid. Luke & Jessie was nice and checked in on us, which I appreciated. Great spot on Northern Blvd if you’re just trying to sing your heart out and have fun. Would definitely come back.

Yesterday my friends and I made a reservation at this location for 9:00pm. It was 8 of us so we called a day before to make the reservation for two hours. When we made the reservation we were told it was $15 per person, we even asked how much would it be including the fees and tip. When my friends and I arrived we were early, we didn’t want to enter the room just in case they would charge us off the bat. we asked the guy working there how much is the gratuity he stated it was 20% now let’s keep this in mind. When the rest of my group came our timer immediately started, we were there for two hours having fun- celebrating my friend’s birthday. when we see our two hours is up I decided to ask for the bill, which is should’ve been around $280-300 for the amount of time we were there and the two bottles of soju we ordered. Come to my surprise it was $523, which karaoke should NOT be that high not even in the city would they charge that much. My friend asked how much was the gratuity and he said it was 30%… which threw me off because in the beginning he said it was 20% so why did he change it to 30%?? Then he told us that we never confirmed the reservation for two hours. My question is why would I have to confirm a reservation if no changes were made?? I understand we need to call if there’s any changes to said reservation but it stayed the same, so why should I have to call to confirm?? This isn’t the first time this has happened unfortunately. For my birthday I went here to celebrate as well and the bill was ridiculously high and it was mostly in the hidden fees and the tip. Which again I paid it full price that time because I didn’t want to cause any issues, but this time it was ridiculous… an extra $200 was added with no explanation, no reason as to why the tip was extremely high, and mind you not once did he check up on us, the fan was broken and the ac wasn’t working. My issue besides the extra $200 that was charged how did $15 per person go to $51 per person. Would never come back again and wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to pay for an overpriced karaoke experience lol.
