Nice calm cozy clean place to relax and forget your stress and problems for a moment.

The hotel cancelled my reservation a few hours before my arrival because I refused to pay thousands of EUR extra for a room that I already booked and paid for. They apparently had some glitch in the system, provided me with the wrong price and instead of honoring it as any professional company would do - they cancelled my reservation, without any apology. This is so shameless, I am honestly speechless. We are on our way without accommodation. I would NEVER recommend their terrible service.

Had a massage and facial - basic at best and not worth the money. at all. Staff was very friendly, super small spa / co ed.

The swimming pool is absolutely fantastic! The water is always crystal clear, the area is clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing and family-friendly. There are plenty of lounge chairs, helpful staff, and great facilities including showers and a snack bar. It’s the perfect place to cool off on a hot day or spend a relaxing afternoon with friends and family. Highly recommended!

If you plan to spend a weekend with Spa here you should think twice. The weekend the spa is nearly closed, only few services offered. They tell you nobody free but the spa is completely empty all day. In Germany they don’t like to work weekends. Two stars only out of politeness and the access with fresh towels to the great gym from the neighbors
