I had such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at SoliVana Wellness Spa! I tried the Halotherapy Salt Room, Red Light Therapy, and Float Therapy I especially loved the salt room, it wasn’t heated, which I really appreciated, and I noticed it helped clear up my allergies. The Red Light Therapy left me feeling energized, and the Float Therapy was such a cool, calming experience. I actually fell asleep mid-session! The space is super clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe is peaceful and inviting. You can tell they’ve really curated the space to be a sanctuary for the overstimulated. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a wellness reset in the Bay Area!

I took my wife to SoliVana as a part of her birthday celebration, and it was such a special experience from start to finish. We had the chance to enjoy their halo therapy room along with the large fire and ice (infrared sauna and cold plunge) room. The space feels intentional - clean, calming, and designed for real restoration rather than just aesthetics. What stood out most was meeting Natasha, one of the owners. She took the time to personally tour us through the spa and explain the philosophy behind everything they do. Her passion for wellness is genuine and contagious. You can tell this isn’t just a business to her; it’s something she deeply believes in. If you’re looking for a space to unplug, reset your nervous system, and give your body a meaningful break, Solivana is worth visiting. We left feeling grounded, refreshed, and grateful for the experience. Highly recommend.

This wellness spa in a true gem close to downtown RWC! I went there for the very first time yesterday and joined a Sound Healing, Breathwork and Reiki event with Jen. What a treat! The 1 hour session took place in their Himalayan Salt Room which was the perfect setting. It's a beautiful room with 8 comfortable chairs to relax and heal. Jen was very welcoming and explained everything before she began with her session so that everyone was comfortable and relaxed. After the event Natascha was so kind and took the time to give me a private tour of their wellness spa and explained every treatment they offer very detailed and understandable. The spa is beautifully designed, extremely clean and welcoming and I can highly recommend their service. I will be back soon. They have an open house every first Thursday evening of the month (pl. see website). You may check it out and spread the word if you enjoyed their service as much as I did. Thank you so much for this experience SoliVana Wellness Spa Team. I'll be back. Add on: Yesterday I had my first Fire and Ice session and had a lovely experience. The room was nicely prepared for me and everyone was very welcoming. However, so saw a black hair floating in the ice bath and didn’t use it as planned. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it because everyone put a lot of effort to make it a great experience. But I still want to mention it, so that they double check that this doesn’t happen again. I will come back - a hair can’t stop me from this. I only wish the session would be 1 hour instead 45 min. With getting ready, shower, switching between sauna and the ice water it seems quite short and I felt a bit rushed at the end of the session. Hopefully, this might be considered for the future. Thank you. I love coming back and will. Add on: Today I had another Fire and Ice session and I had an absolute amazing experience. The service was excellent and my room sparkling clean. I felt recharged when I left and will be back soon. Thank you for bringing such a cool place to rewind to RWC.

Solivana Wellness Spa is truly a hidden gem and an absolute sanctuary for the soul. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted not just as a client, but as family. The owners are some of the kindest, most attentive people you will ever meet — warm, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your healing. You can feel their passion in every detail of the space and every interaction. I recently came in for EMTT therapy because I was in significant back pain. I could barely walk, and the discomfort had been something I’ve struggled with for years, trying countless things to find relief. After just 20 minutes of EMTT therapy, I could walk. The pain dramatically decreased, and I barely had any discomfort. Just 20 minutes! After years of searching for solutions, the relief I felt was almost unbelievable. The therapies here are truly extraordinary. The floating experience feels like a complete nervous system reset. The Fire & Ice therapy is invigorating and powerful, leaving you energized and glowing. And the salt room is absolutely magical — calming, beautifully designed, and deeply restorative. You walk out breathing deeper and feeling lighter. Every treatment at Solivana is intentional, professional, and transformative. This is not just a spa — it’s a healing space run by people who genuinely care. If you’re looking for real results, true relaxation, and people who will go above and beyond for you, Solivana Wellness Spa is unmatched. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Natasha is an awesome wellness practitioner. She helped to explain to us the benefits of fire and ice therapy and really appreciate her patience and deep knowledge. My wife and I did the Fire and Ice 60 minute Duo and it was great with the both of us encouraging each other :). We started with 1 minute, then went to 2 minute and managed to end with 5 minutes of cold plunge therapy. Great place, clean, and love the relaxing environment. Will come back for the Floating therapy next!
