Solo Karaoke

First time here and I’m honestly impressed! The rooms are clean, the sound system is amazing, and the song selection is huge — I also heard they’ll be upgrading to a newer system soon, which is exciting. Met Frank, Maxine, and Tina today, they’re all super friendly and quick to help. Definitely one of the best KTV spots I’ve been to. Will be back for sure!

Very disappointing experience. We booked a medium-sized room for a birthday celebration, but after about 30 minutes, we were moved to a much smaller room, which was really upsetting and ruined the experience. We also ordered boba/bubble tea, but both drinks were tasteless and very low quality. When I raised these concerns at the time of billing, the receptionist was extremely rude, showed no apology, and had a very unprofessional attitude. When I asked to speak with the manager, she made faces but did not assist at all. Overall, poor customer service and bad facilities. I would not recommend this place.

I had an amazing time at this karaoke spot! The atmosphere was energetic and welcoming right from the moment we walked in. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with great sound systems and a huge selection of songs in multiple languages. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Food and drinks came out quickly and were surprisingly good, definitely more than just your typical karaoke snacks. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back!

This place is so cute we drove all the way out from Maple Ridge for my son's birthday with his friends he absolutely loved it and so did his friends definitely can't wait to come out here again the staff members are very kind and friendly it is very clean inside and well taken care of

Love this place for group hangouts and singing to our hearts’ content. There are plenty of the latest song options available, and the customer service is excellent. The staff at the counter was especially kind and helpful. They also offer a good selection of bubble teas. Highly recommend this place to friends and family.
