Sooni and Toomi is hands down my favorite skincare store! I first discovered them last summer through my sister, and I’ve been going ever since. I’ve seen an incredible difference in my skin since trusting their recommendations. They truly take the time to suggest products that are actually suited to your specific skin type and explain how to properly incorporate each one into your routine, which makes such a big difference. I have dry, sensitive skin, so finding products that work without causing irritation has always been a challenge. Sooni and Toomi have helped me come such a long way with my skincare journey. My skin feels healthier, hydrated, more balanced, and genuinely cared for. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for knowledgeable guidance and real results.

If there was a more extreme word for the word "obsessed," I would use it! I absolutely love love love this store. Everyone is so incredibly knowledgeable. Nam is amazing and so friendly. I just met Julian and talk about knowledgeable....he is like an encyclopedia of Korean skin care. He helped me find exactly what I was looking. I knew what I wanted and he was able to put it all together and give me an awesome regiment that's not overwhelming. I highly suggest coming here instead of "big box" stores, where they only have the trendy brands. Thank you ALL for always being so kind, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy to buy anything, but I always DO LOL!

I came to this store with many questions, and a goal to have better skin. I knew Korean skincare was the best but I didn't know how to navigate it. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by a woman named Mimi. She was so unbelievably kind, and created a comfortable space to ask questions, of which I had many! I told Mimi about my skin and the products I was looking at. If I'm honest she had far more knowledge than I had expected. She knew about every single product, every ingredient and just by looking at me, how it would affect my skin type. Id bring her a product I thought was good, and shed say, "Nooo please try this one, and it's on sale too :D" Mimi is an amazing person and saleswoman that I am truly blessed to know. And with her knowledge I now use products I will NEVER stray from as long as they are available in the US. To this day my skin is shinier, tighter, bouncier, cleaner and CLEARER than it has EVER been! I'm not saying Mimi is a dermatologist but I will affirm that she DEFINITELY knows what she's talking about when it comes to products and their effects on different skin types. I literally visit and re-up on my favorite products HERE only when I run out. At least once a month! I love this store and I love Mimi!! I've only met Nam Kim one time, but she is also incredibly smart and a wonderful help! Seriously everyone at this store is so nice and I can't review this place ENOUGH. I even buy makeup here that have become staples in my every day routine!

I came across this K-Beauty shop while on the way to H-Mart and decided to stop in—and I’m glad I did. I was greeted immediately by Mimi, who was friendly and welcoming from the start. She explained the current promotion and encouraged me to take my time trying out the samples, which I appreciated. She was very chatty throughout my visit and made the experience feel relaxed and approachable. The shop itself has a great selection of K-beauty products and other items. I ended up purchasing four items and asked if there were any free gifts or samples. Mimi mentioned—twice—that she could only include one free mask. However, when I got home, I noticed that two masks were rung up on the receipt, yet only one was in my bag. Given the clarity of our conversation and the fact that this was stated twice, I’m fairly certain this was not a simple oversight. I also realized that one of the items—the Beauty People Family Sun Cushion, has a relatively short expiration date of May 2026 (within 3 months), which would have been helpful to flag at checkout. Overall, it’s a lovely store with a great product selection and friendly service, but greater transparency around product expiration dates at checkout would have made the experience even better for me.
