Spa Land & Sauna

I spent the whole day here and really loved it. It's by far the best facility of its kind in the Atlanta area. I had a massage from Lucy that was amazing and got a body scrub the made my skin feel like a baby. I really enjoyed the ice sauna. I was also impressed by my lunch and the ginger tea. I'll be back.

I love SPA LAND! I literally invite ALL of my friends and family when they come visit. The variety of saunas and massage services make every visit unique. I change up each service I get every time but I seem to often get the Foot Reflexology massage because its soooo good! I also tried the body scrub which was such a unique experience! My favorite room is the Jade Room because it is the darkest and hottest! Im pretty sure I will always come to Spa Land before even thinking to go to another spa!

This was my first and only experience visiting a Korean spa. This place is HUGE. Let’s start with the pros. There are so many difference saunas! They have an information plaque at each one to tell you what the benefits are. I really enjoyed the heated benches in the common area between the saunas. My favorite one was actually the ice sauna. I decided to add a massage and went for the aromatherapy option. It was an amazing massage. One of the best Ive had actually. Everything seemed very clean. Now the cons. The front desk person didn’t explain things very well so we were confused when we first got to the locker room. They are very strict about shoes in the locker room. Also, I felt the locker room staff seemed pushy. Another complaint is there no area to change if you prefer privacy. If there was, we weren’t notified of it. Also, there is an area in the locker room that is fully nude. Which is fine for adults but there was a little girl, maybe 7 years old. I don’t think anyone under 18 should be allowed.

The group of four people who was with me enjoyed ourselves. My daughter and I had massages. My sister had a full body scrub and another friend just relaxed. This spa is huge. This place has several different saunas, massages, jacuzzi, pools, food court and just places to relax. The hours on some days it stays open to 2am.

I had a really relaxing time at Spa Land & Sauna. The place was clean, spacious, and had more sauna rooms than I expected😁 The hot and cold baths were perfect, and I loved that I could unwind without feeling rushed. They even provided complimentary shaving tools and a toothbrush, which was a nice touch. And the sikhye(식혜) at the café was really good. It’s a great spot to reset your mind and body. I’ll definitely come back👍
