One of the best spy experiences to date! I highly recommend going early and enjoy enjoying all the amenities. I can’t wait to come back.

The spa itself is beautiful and clean, but I'm very disappointed with its organization, communication, and ultimately, my service. I booked a 5pm massage and arrived 15 mins early. Right at 5pm, while I'm in the spa robe and in the waiting area, I was informed my massage therapist was running 40 mins late, AND couldn't provide the type of massage I booked. I had booked the equivalent of a deep tissue which I really, desperately needed and was looking forward to. But was told the massage therapist was new and not trained in that type so I'd have to get a "relaxation" massage instead. I give some kudos to the spa for reducing my service by 15%, and throwing in a meditation session to kill time while I waited for 40 mins. However I was highly unsatisfied with the massage and it was extremely clear this therapist was new and nervous. The pressure was far too light and inconsistent despite asking for medium pressure. I really didn't enjoy my 80 minutes, couldn't fully relax, and find even the discounted price to be far too expensive for the experience I received. I wouldn't let this discourage anyone from booking here because the spa is brand new and beautiful and it seems what I experienced was a one-off, but hopefully they can improve their communication because I would have probably canceled if I knew the service I wanted wouldn't be available.

Love this spa! The staff were so lovely and made the experience so memorable. Can't wait to bring my gals here for a relaxing spa day.

My husband and I got a couple's massage for our anniversary. Both therapists were amazing. They made sure to ask for our problem areas, ask if we wanted any add-ons (both of us did) and was very attentive to giving just the right pressure during the massage. Both of us thought that this was the best massage we've had, I almost fell asleep twice because of how relaxed I was. The area was quaint and quiet, with refreshing drinks that were offered as well as snacks. There were plenty of other amenities as well, such as use of the sauna, steam room and lounge area. We definitely would go back.

I recently visited Spa Soleá and unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price point. Not to mention, this was supposed to be a surprise Mother’s Day gift from my husband. He contacted the spa several times to arrange everything, yet they still called and texted me directly to confirm the appointment, which completely ruined the surprise. From beginning to end, no one addressed me by my name, which made the experience feel less polished and personalized than expected from a luxury spa. I thought this was a very basic standard for a Forbes-level or luxury hotel spa experience. The treatment itself was relaxing, but the service felt lacking. At the beginning, the therapist presented three essential oils for me to smell, but he could not clearly explain what they were or their ingredients. He had to keep looking up the information each time, which made the experience feel unprofessional. During the massage, he never checked in once about the pressure or whether I was comfortable. He did mention at the start that I could let him know if I needed adjustments, but at most spas I’ve visited, therapists usually check on guests at least once during the treatment. After the treatment ended, I was left a bit confused about where to go next and was standing in the hallway awkwardly until an attendant noticed me. Then, when we went to the locker room, the locker key did not work, so I had to wait again while another locker was arranged. I also wanted to use the relaxation lounge afterward, but although there were four heated beds, none had been cleaned or reset for nearly 20 minutes. Eventually I gave up waiting and left. I’ve been to Rosewood Spa and other Fairmont spas before, and for a similar price they offered better service, more facilities, and access to amenities like pools. Unfortunately, compared to those experiences, Spa Soleá did not feel worth the cost.
