Many facility inside the spa such as facial and reflexology and also they have many spot to enjoy the hot water. I wait so long for my boyfriend, he is too enjoyed the spa 😅😅😅 I go there in the same time with Osaka Marathon day (I don't get the slot 😭😭), and you now after marathon, spa is very good and make the place so crowded 😳😳

It was a best experience for me to enjoy the hot spring in Osaka. Before you get into hot-spring pool sit on a chair to clean body such as your image of Japanese. They provide the Shampoo,body clean and hairdryer to you. Recommend to outside hotspring pool. Remember bring the towel or you can rent it by 250yen. After hot-spring drink beer is a nice end.

Awesome onsen place... they have 6 different types of jacuzzi, 3 outdoor onsen, 3 different types of sauna/steam room, water bed, 1 indoor onsen, loads of showering facilities with different brands of toiletries to use. Enjoy milk from the vending machine after your relaxation session. They have a restaurant too (but I didn't get to try because I was in a rush). It was a 10 min walk from the metro station, and is part of the big sports centre. ¥750 on weekends, it's quite crowded on a Sunday but it's still okay, I get to enjoy my time :) towels for rent is ¥200.

Spa Suminoe – Osaka During our previous visit to Osaka, we took time to experience Spa Suminoe, a relaxing urban onsen and wellness retreat that offers a welcome escape from the city’s fast pace. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere felt calm and inviting. The reception process was smooth, with friendly staff providing clear instructions for first-time visitors. The facility is impeccably clean and thoughtfully laid out, with separate bathing areas for men and women, each featuring a variety of indoor and outdoor pools. The mineral-rich waters are naturally heated, and each bath offers a slightly different experience—from deeply soothing hot pools to invigorating cold plunges. The open-air rotenburo (outdoor bath) was a highlight, allowing us to soak under the sky while enjoying the peaceful ambiance. Inside, saunas and steam rooms provided additional ways to relax and unwind. Spa Suminoe also features a rest area with comfortable reclining chairs, massage services, and an on-site restaurant serving healthy Japanese meals and snacks. The affordability of the entry fee combined with the high quality of the facilities makes it exceptional value for money. For photographers, while cameras are not permitted inside the bathing areas for privacy reasons, the exterior architecture and surrounding neighborhood offer interesting opportunities for capturing the charm of everyday Osaka life. Our visit left us feeling refreshed, and we are considering returning in 2025. Bought the spa ticket with towel set online ¥850 per pax, otherwise it costs ¥800 spa plus ¥250 towel set on the ticket machine. There are two indoor pools including a whirlpool massage spa and a 41°c onsen. And eight outdoor spas including water bed onsen, salt sauna, steam sauna and very unique high concentration of carbon dioxide spa. Many customers even on weekdays, have to wait for space in some spa, be patient.
