Came for my birthday party with 16 people. I was expecting one of the rooms they advertise online for that has a couch inside the room, but we were put in a smaller room with barstools and an island that felt cramped and awkward to move around in. Didn’t love YouTube as the way that songs are picked because our queue kept erasing if someone pressed a video wrong. It was overall a good time, not too expensive, but not what was expected

I came here for my birthday and I highly recommend this place. The staff was great at making sure we were all taken care of while enjoying karaoke. It was a pleasure celebrating with my friends and family in a private room where we could sing our hearts out without any issues. We did the BYOB package, which was a fair price at $51 per person for a group of 11. I recommend contacting them in advance to let them know if you’re running late or if anything changes—especially when planning with a large group, as things can come up. The customer service here was pretty hostile upon arrival, average exchanges with the entry staff and bartender always had a hint of attitude. I read some previous reviews stating that they will bring out a birthday cake if requested, so I bought a cake and made the request; the host could have simply declined but he was extremely passive aggressive in doing so for some reason. I ended up plating the cake myself in the room, which is fine. We had to wait for our room to open and was directed to the bar. I got a drink and asked how much it was, in which the bar tender, Hanna, still didn’t tell me after serving it and instead asked if I wanted to close my tab. Once closing my tab, she charged my card for the drink AND karaoke room package. The small, watered down, drink was $19, and not until after charging me did she say gratuity for everything was already included. I’m not one to complain about automatic gratuity, but an $80 tip for some of the rudest customer service BEFORE we had even begun is asinine. The karaoke room was fun, but the entry service left a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, we were asked if we wanted to extend our time, but were told we would have to purchase one drink per person. This didn’t make sense considering we bought the drink package and still had a considerable amount of our drinks left. I would not recommend this place due to the service, and if you do decide to go, make sure you have a large group. The price tag is hefty, especially with taxes and automatic gratuity included.

Had a blast with my team for a work outing. Don’t try any food so I can’t speak to the quality. The sound system and mics were great. The YouTube queuing playlist was a little confusing it was difficult to remove or adjust the queue but the good thing is it made it did make it easy for us to look up pretty much any song we wanted to sing. The room for very hot with more than 6 people so dress comfortably if you rent a room and have a group lever than that.

This place was such a vibe and its exactly what I needed. Me and my friend found this place on google and decided to try it out on a Thursday night. When we arrived, we went to the 5th floor but were told there were not any small rooms available (it was only two of us) so they told us to try the 9th or 11th floor. On the 9th floor, We were greeted and taken into the room right away. Keep in mind they will ask to keep a credit card on file. I think it was $55 per hour . We did two hours and ordered two shots of Don Julio Reposado that totaled to about $34. Gratuity is included. The bill was around $180. The host was fun and polite (I wish I remembered his name). At the end of the night he came back with shots and took a shot with us (it was on the house). We had such a great time that I’m going to celebrate my birthday there in September! I hope to have the same great experience!
