Had a pleasant experience when I recently visited with a group of friends. Immediately greeted by the host who showed us to our private room. The room was very nice with different light settings, tablet screen for YouTube karaoke, a fan if it got too hot and a nice sound system! The pricing per person was a little confusing at first (it was on a Friday and there's an additional "per person" minimum spend at the bar.) Once clarified, we understood and staff took the time to take care of us. Overall, a very good experience and will visit again!
My go to spot for karaoke in the city! Amazing staff. Clean rooms. Great selection of songs via YouTube. Many soju flavours. Love it here. Highly recommend for karaoke in Toronto.
Honestly quite a bad experience. They don't have water even for paying customers so they force you to buy a bottle which feels very cheap. And on top of that they have this weird policy where if you want to extend the time on a room it's only allowed if everyone buys an alcoholic drink, which was a huge problem because about half of my group don't even drink at all since we don't like alcohol that much compared to other things. And the food selection, good god, the food selection is SO bad. They have literally like 4 menu items and all above $10. Also did I mention their rooms are incredibly hot so that if you have more than 8 people in your group you will be sweating in there because that's how bad their air conditioning is? And the last thing you should know is unlike most karaoke bars, they DO NOT provide any ear plugs here so if the sound in your room is too loud, good luck because the staff don't care and you're on your own. Overall a genuinely bad experience that I'd rate 1/10. I really wanted to like this place and I had such high hopes but between them being so cheap as to charge customers for water, literal water, and how bad the service was, honestly, all I can say is I'm disappointed and you will be too if you come here.
The New Zealand guy working there was super nice, welcoming, and very helpful — he really made the experience better. The food options are very limited and honestly not great quality, but it’s good enough if you want something small while drinking and singing. The real highlight is the drinks: lots of special deals, and prices vary depending on the day you go, which is nice. Reservations need to be made by message, and a deposit is required via e-transfer, which was straightforward. For karaoke, you have two options: Korean-style karaoke systems or YouTube for international songs, so there’s something for everyone. We went on a Sunday night, arrived right at opening, and it wasn’t busy at all. It made for a really fun, relaxed night. Definitely a great place to have a good time with friends.
Came here for the second time! This time we celebrated a friend's birthday! Great experience, great vibes and super friendly staff. I can definitely recommend Su Karaoke as one of the best karaoke bars in Toronto!
