So fun and yum! Definitely a place to share and try different items. Even though the portions look big, it’s mostly the shaved milk so it’s not so crazy

A good cafe for trying out some asian desserts-Sulbing and coffee. Seating could be an issue as the place gets pretty crowded on weekend evenings. We got the sesame cloud latte which was phenomenal. The orange cloud latte was average but the real star was the honey toast. Would go back for more Asian dessrts and to try their (big) Sulbing.

I had a great experience at Subling Cafe. The food was delicious, the drinks were fresh, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I would happily visit again

Spacious place for Korean shaved ice, even has outdoor seating. Lots of sections with 3D models for visualization. You order on a kiosk and the kitchen prepares it and put your order on a counter by the kitchen window. An electronic display is on top to show what order is out and you need to bring your receipt with the matching number to pick up. We had the mango and cheesecake and the “what-a-melon” watermelon ice, both were delicious.

I'll preface this review by noting I've not yet tried their bingsu, so I might update this review later. So far, Sulbing Cafe has been a welcome addition to downtown Mountain View, offering unique drinks & desserts in an inviting atmosphere. The interior is well-designed and laid out. There are plenty of seats & tables, the bathrooms are clean & organized, and it's easy to see when your order is ready. There is Wi-Fi so you could come here to work (of course it's best to order something first ;) One quirk is that if dining in, you order through the kiosk, but if ordering to-go, you order at the counter. As far as drinks, I've tried the mocha and cloudy lattes. They are foamy & well-sweetened, though other cafes in downtown offer better espresso drinks. (Though, I don't think they have black sesame or orange lattes.. so could be worth a try here.) Now onto food. The vanilla cookie choux was dense & a bit colder than I anticipated, but still enjoyable. The chocolate croffle and mozzarella injeolmi toast were good but felt a tad overpriced for the quantity. If you're looking for something different in Mountain View, Sulbing Cafe is worth checking out.
