The Good Sauna

What an amazing spot! Everything you need in a 2 hour wellness experience! Candi was such a great host. She gave us a great tour of the place and was super knowledgeable about cold/hot therapy. Totally recommend for anyone looking to unwind after a long day!

Just got home from a private booking at the Good Sauna and we had the best time! Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there, and the area felt super private. The herbal tea was really nice and it was great having three water temps to choose from for the plunge pools. The sauna fit us all without an issue and the essential oils were a nice touch. Our sauna host Pat was super accommodating, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning. Thank you! :)

With so many of these types of spas around Vancouver, to which I have been to many, The Good Sauna takes the cake for the best! The staff are incredible, the facility is stunning, it makes you feel like you are in a different place all together. They have created an environment that allows you to escape as well as meet you people who are also willing to take the coldest plunge with you. I will only be coming here from now on

Such a lovely time! Candi was great showing us the ropes as first timers and always attentive checking in just the right amount - while keeping the wood fire sauna toasty. Would definitely recommend :)

The host who welcomed us at 7:30 pm was incredibly kind. She gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable. It’s definitely a place I would recommend 5 stars for the service and the relaxed vibe. ✨ The craft beer and snacks were delicious.
