The Spa at Renaissance

Very nice quarters and great service. A relaxing environment with lounge areas, quiet nooks and great ambiance for a spa. The staff are very professional.

The Spa is very nice. It is not a cozy place with wooden panels as some people might expect, but still nice and fairly priced IF you take advantage of the facilities such as dry sauna, wet sauna, jacuzzi and outside pool (which has not shade or umbrellas to protect against the sun). The facilities are very clean and the staff very very nice. My masseur was Bruno who is fluent in English and very attentive. He was so kind and above all, very very good at his job. I recommend going with him if you can.

I recommend The Spa staff very friendly, clean and I had a relaxing experience. I had a 80 min massage with Lucia (Lucy) deep tissue it was excellent. It was the best choice after a long flight from CA - USA to Brazil. Lucia is a experience massage therapist. I will definitely return to visit again! Thank you!

This spa is incredibly luxurious, providing exceptional service in an immaculate facility. They offer numerous amenities to enjoy after a massage. I visited during my birthday trip to São Paulo, and the staff was wonderfully accommodating. When they discovered it was my birthday, they surprised me with a cake after my massage, which was a thoughtful and kind gesture. Everyone at the spa speaks English, making communication easy for me as a New Yorker. I highly recommend this spa to both locals and international travelers. I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to my therapist and the stunning ladies at the front desk for making my birthday celebration and trip to Brazil memorable.
