Clearly underrated here on Google! The appointment scheduling and reception were highly professional and friendly. The treatment (massage) was medically sound! Friendly, patient, and skilled!! A lot of experience is evident here. Attractive premises, stylish, not too modern. Good technical equipment. Very pleasant, very clean and tidy. I will definitely come back.

DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! I received a voucher for a spa treatment and chose to book a Shellac manicure. While the beautician who attended me was kind, the quality of the manicure itself was extremely disappointing. By the second day after the treatment, one of my nails had already started peeling off, and shortly afterwards the remaining nails became scratched and peeled very easily. I find it neither serious nor professional to charge €109 for a manicure — a price that is, in my opinion, excessively high — while delivering results that last only a couple of days. In addition, although the spa itself is elegant and beautifully presented, I was disappointed by the noticeable dust in the treatment room, and some of the products used appeared old and dried out. What disappointed me most is that I also took the time to send a constructive feedback email, hoping to help improve the experience for future clients — and I never even received a reply! I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

FROM BEAUTY TREATMENT TO HOSPITAL Worst experience - suffered through “Winter-nightmare” rather than “Winter Magic” with an incompetent beautician, lousy service, beyond packed facilities and ended up at the hospital. Thanks The Spa Steigenberger for quadrupling stress levels today and ruining a perfectly fine afternoon. Plus they charged the full amount for it all! Unbelievable.
