Visited this store looking for some Korean cosmetics which their Richmond branch carries regularly. Two women at the service desk, one semi useful but very judgemental and the other wouldn't care to assist. So weird because I've always had great experience at other Tokyo Beauties. Their collection of products is wonderful but with the service so bitter, no wonder this pretty big store was devoid of any other customers. Not to mention the undertones of racism from these customer service reps.

wide variety of skincare products, especially some Asian brands that you can't find in T&T. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. worth a visit if you're looking for something unique

Nice and various products,they also have lots of products from Canmake in store! And people work there are really nice.
