I was surprised by the quality of their products, and the service was excellent.

The staff were incredibly attentive. But it was awful being in the store without air conditioning. Poor employees, if I suffered through it for the 15 minutes I was there, I can't imagine what it must have been like for 8 hours in that oven.

Beautiful store, the best products and the best service

Terrible!!! I went to buy a face wash, which I've bought several times before, and they wouldn't sell it to me unless I bought two face masks—not even one, but two!!! I told them that didn't make sense, and they said they wouldn't sell it to me then... Then they tried to tell me it was a promotion... What promotion? I had to buy two face masks, each costing 50 pesos, before they would sell me the wash, which was still the same price as always. So what was the promotion?

They have good products, but the deals aren't the same as on the website. They don't give away gifts like they used to, which is a hallmark of Korean products. I think it's better to buy from the website or any of their physical stores.
