For my birthday me and 3 friends came here from Virginia. I got the Korean body scrub and a facial. 2 of my friends got the Korean body scrub and the other got a body massage. AMAZING!!! That still doesn’t compare to how good these women make you feel. Y’all are great and sweet!

I am a young black women and they were extremely gentle and friendly towards myself and everyone else. The price for the authentic Korean body scrub was worth it. The staff were so gentle but do their due diligence to clean you to perfection. Also a nice head scrub and mini facial is included.

If you are a guy/ man and are nervous or think this is a woman-only experience think again!! I went here and was shy at first but the experience was stellar from start to finish and not once did I feel uncomfortable. There were other guys there as well but for the most part it is all to yourself so dont worry (you’re not gonna be chilling in a sauna or steam room together or seeing other folks unless you wanted to). The scrub itself is great but be advised it’s done in a large curtained room so you’ll probably hear your neighbor. The staff really dont hold back and they scrub from top to bottom. Obviously they avoid your privates and the only time you’ll be exposed is at the very end when you take off the disposable underwear they give you at the start, to wash yourself for 10 seconds. Feel as smooth as a baby and my self esteem went up 10x Will definitely be back with my fiancee

I recently visited Tribeca Spa of Tranquility during a girls trip to the city. I’m giving a 3 stars based on my overall experience. Service Received: Korean Body Scrub Pros: Staff was very friendly and they did a great job of accommodating our party of 4. The sauna was nice. Pricing was reasonable. Cons: It didn’t give the true spa experience I’m use to and I was very underwhelmed by that. The body scrub was not at all what I was expecting. The service was very abrasive and too aggressive. It’s been a week and my skin is still recovering from cuts that have now turned to scabs and is still pretty sore. My skin was very inflamed after the service. It made for a very uncomfortable feeling when applying soaps and lotion to my skin. I personally would not recommend the body scrub at all.

Was able to get an appointment for a facial same day which I really appreciate. I haven’t been here in a while and I feel like the quality of service has declined. On the website the facial I opted for was supposed to include a scalp and arm massage. I received neither. At the end, I was changing back into my clothes when I heard a knock asking if I was ok. I must have been 5 minutes. I wouldn’t come back. The esthetician also didn’t tell me what products she was using or give me any education.
