An amazing karaoke bar! Perfect place for large and small groups. You will need to reserve a room if you have a large group. The technology is very easy to use as everything is queue through YouTube. Highly recommend for all occasions.

Not a good experience. Made a reservation for my birthday two weeks in advance and explicitly said that I wanted the room for 3 hours for 10 ppl. The host confirmed the time and was pleasant over text. They take a $75 zelle non-refundable deposit but that didn't bother me too much. The day of, we get to the karaoke bar and not only do they let us into the room 15 minutes late but the room's only booked for 2 hours. When I tell the host that I've booked it for 3 hours, he immediately gets defensive and asks me to show proof over text that I said 3 hours. We stand there arguing back and forth for a few minutes before I decide that it's not worth ruining my birthday over something like this. Honestly, it was less about the time than it was about how the host acted. He was rude, defensive, and made me feel disrespected and unseen. I wonder if he would have acted this way if I was a man. Will not be coming back. The only reason I'm giving two stars is for the affordable price.

Ustar has such great service! Came multiple times for small groups, and recently for a party of 20. Someone coordinated with me via text to get every question and detail prepared before arriving. Told us we can bring outside food, and made it easy for guests to order drinks. Staff made the experience wonderful! If you plan on coming, they recommend bringing a tablet for YouTube which helps a lot for bigger parties.

This has been my friend's and my go to Karaoke spot near the city for years. The rooms are nice, clean, and well decorated. The music selection is great and I love that they give you the option of using either the traditional Korean Karaoke machine or just using YouTube. While the drinks at the bar are pricey, they do allow outside food which is definitely a plus. The staff there has always been kind and attentive. Never had any problems. Even though the parking lot is quite small, I've personally never struggled with parking. Overall great karaoke spot and will continue to come back.
