Great experience with UMall. The coconuts, mangos, meat and frozen items I bought were all fresh and good quality. Products were packed well and everything arrived in perfect condition. Really convenient and reliable — will definitely keep buying from here.

UMall is super convenient for busy mums. Fresh, sweet fruit delivered to my door at great prices. My kids love it, and it saves me so much time.

When I need to travel on weekends, I always use Umall to do the grocery shopping. It’s convenient and quick, all the stuffs are kept with ice bag and stored well in the box! The whole box fruits are really nice~

Placed my first order yesterday and recieved it today with tracking and packed nicely which I'm happy about. Also good was the vegetable arw quite fresh. They were on sale so I almost expected them not to be. What wasn't great is the majority of weighed items were a bit underweight. Apples weren't superfresh either. But was ok. Was expecting purple sweet potatoes (inside) pictured but got the ones that are white inside instead and one giant potato instead of several potatoes. The rest of the dried items were all good. Nothing was expired. Would use again.

Quality is worse recently. Veggies, especially leafy greens are not fresh. They are already rotten. Also frozen products are usually not frozen, have thawed, especially dumplings. Cucumbers including packaging, are only 500g, but you were told it was 800g to 1kg when ordered.
