W Cosmetics Town Hall

Loved finding a asian beauty store we don't have in the states. They have a great selection of beauty products and lots of samples out.

This is my go-to W! The staff here are so sweet and helpful, even though the space is much smaller than other stores, they are always willing to show you where the products are. As I don't have good experiences with staff at other stores, I always look forward to coming back to this one

Went in the other day and the products are great, as are the majority of the staff. As I entered, I was warmly greeted by the woman at the front who checked if I needed any assistance. However, when I got to the counter I was served by quite a rude employee, who I and many of my friends have had run-ins with in the past. I believe she had coloured hair and contacts (though I may not be remembering perfectly). She had a very harsh tone and corrected me quite rudely when I simply answered “No.” Despite already saying thank you multiple times and being polite, she responded sharply with “No, THANK YOU.” After the interaction she appeared to laugh with a colleague, which made the situation feel quite uncomfortable. My friend has also had similar experiences with the same woman on multiple occasions. I truly like this store and shop here often, which is why it’s disappointing to see the experience affected by one employee. I hope management is able to address this so the service matches the otherwise great products and atmosphere the store offers.

Came the store today and disappointed .the promotion tag was stick on the right shelf and promoted that the lipsticks are on sale 40%. And the tag doesn’t mention about the promotion will be ended on which day .Before I came to. Cashier for purchasing i have already asked the staff and she said it is on sale for $9. But the price reversed to normal price to the system and no staff no about that . As a rule , you guy have to sale with the price on the tag for $9 and can not excuse for the system . I dont want make hard to the staff but the staff should be trained better and waste my time to get the line at there .

Fantastic beauty store with a great range of products and excellent customer service. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was well stocked, clean, and easy to browse. Prices were reasonable and the overall shopping experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality beauty and makeup products.
