Wang Dae Bak Korean BBQ

Sudden craving of Korean bbq led us to this restaurant on a Friday evening. Party of 3 hot seats immediately. Ordered 3 types of meats and an army stew. Meats were great. We enjoyed fatty belly, wagyu ribeye and marinated pork shoulder. Stew was full of ingredients, we only finished slightly more than half. Lovely shop to enjoy Korean bbq. Only downside is you have to cook the meat on your own.

As someone who loves Korean food (I just came back from Korea), this has got to be the BEST KBBQ in Singapore! Pricing is reasonable, service exceptional, food delectable! Definitely coming back!!

1st time to this Korean restaurant. There was outdoor dinning as well as indoor (with aircon and fans), though a little squeezy for the seats. Ordered the Uncle Set. They had the best crispy Korean pancake and fried chicken among the Korean restuarants that I have visited locally and in Malaysia. Tasty but need to be accompanied by lots of tea or beer. Excellent service though would have preferred to try the bbq on our own.

One of the better Korean BBQ spots we’ve tried recently! The meats were fresh, well-marinated, and grilled perfectly. Loved how tender and juicy everything was, especially the beef. Side dishes were generous and constantly refilled, which made the whole experience even better. Service was attentive and fast despite the crowd, and the staff were friendly throughout. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere too — lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy the meal. Definitely a great place for family gatherings or catching up with friends. Will be back again!

Consistently good, authentic Korean charcoal BBQ. Highlights were the aged pork, tender pork jowl, and warm, tasty kimchi stews. They offer a complimentary grilled egg on the pan and easily some of the best crispy kimchi and seafood pancakes around. Attentive service too—the staff took care of the grilling from start to finish. A short 5 mins walk from Telok Ayer or Chinatown MRT station.
