Woo Skincare + Cosmetics

Very nice selection of cosmetics. I had my makeup done for an event and my makeup artist was just “ok.” My friend had another artist (Frenchie), and she was incredible- she even fixed my eyes and lips to make them more suitable for the event. Great products, excellent customer service. They carry some of my favorite brands (chantecaille) and it is nice to be able to try it before purchasing blindly online.

I’ve always had great experiences here. I enjoy the personal attention and it’s a bonus not to have to deal with going into a mall. I think it’s a great place to get a good makeup makeover! Many great brands to choose from.

I had the most professional and wonderful experience at this Peachtree Battle Woo. I would like to mention the names of their wonderful staff - Ashley Rossino and Nicole Theis. I have been a patron at other Woo locations, but this one was by far the best. The staff was attentive, but not suffocating or overwhelming. Ashley helped me find the best curated birthday gift for my friend, after a brief discussion of her likes and needs. This experience has stuck in my mind. I will be going back for gifts and more. 5 stars is just not enough for this team of courteous and fun staff. ~ Jennifer Foley Scaljon

I had a great experience at Woo having my makeup done for a wedding! All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about cosmetics. Claire was my makeup artist and she did a beautiful job. They have a great selection of products too; I did buy the lipgloss used for my makeup because I loved it, but there was NO pressure at all to make any purchases just because I had my makeup done, which is appreciated. Highly recommend!

The products might look nice online, but their customer service is terrible. I emailed about a defective lipstick and never received a response. It’s frustrating when a brand doesn’t stand behind its product!
