One of the BEST spa experiences I've ever had. Beautiful place with the coolest 360 showers and private hot tub. Staff were all incredible.

Wonderful experience. Got treated to an upgraded couples suite with my partner. Our hot stone massage was nothing special but still wonderful nonetheless. Masseuses were knowledgeable and adapted to our needs. The staff were very friendly and instructive with crystal clear communication before, during and after the treatment.

Five stars for the RMT session! I typically visit the spa for the overall experience and don’t expect much in terms of the treatment, but I feel lucky to have had a session with Sol. I’ve seen many different RMTs over the years without much success, and this was the first time it felt like real, effective treatment. Sol’s knowledge and skill were immediately apparent. He approached the session with intention and precision, rather than a one-size-fits-all routine. I also appreciated how he checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling a level of relief and improvement that I haven’t experienced in a long time. I would absolutely recommend Sol to anyone looking for effective, professional care! The spa itself was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool facility was minimal and could be improved.

Absolutely phenomenal service at Xylia Natural Spa in Vancouver. From start to finish, everything was professional, attentive, and thoughtfully done. My wife had the 105-minute facial with Linda, and I had the full body hot stone massage with Min Woo — both were outstanding practitioners and made the experience truly memorable. The spa itself is incredibly clean, relaxing, and comfortable, which really adds to the overall experience. Ending the visit with tea was a lovely touch. Patricia at the front desk was friendly and personable. We would definitely recommend Xylia Natural Spa and will absolutely be coming back for more.

The treatment was truly next-level. Every detail felt thoughtful and personalized, and you can tell Linda is incredibly skilled and genuinely care. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and restoration. I left feeling completely reset, both physically and mentally. Honestly, one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had.
