I would be very happy to have such a Korean grocery shop if I were Korean. The not too large supermarket carries a wide range of Korean foodstuff like instant noodle, rice, seasoning, kimchi, frozen seafood and meat, soju, snacks, etc. There are also cooked Korean bento and dishes for immediate consumption as well as freshly baked breads. Price-wise, it is relatively high, not that the shop marks higher prices for their merchandise but such imported products are generally more expensive than comparable Western ones probably due to additional shipment cost. For example, a pack of Korean instant noodle for one serving costs twice as that of a pack of Italian pasta for 5 servings or a pack of instant noodle for one serving made in Hong Kong. There is a parking lot outside the shop but vacant space might not be available during busy hours.

This is the Best Korean Market in town! Huge and have everything at cheapest price among the other mart. Also they have fresh Gimbap. ( you should try this !) And korean fried chicken, Jokbal(korean pig nuckle.) Also ready made soups. (알탕, 찌개, 곱창전골, 갈비, 상추, 대패삼겹)

Amazing selection of goodies. Probably one of the better ones we've visited that's exclusively for Korean products. There's some stuff in here that made us reminisce a lot and stuff that's difficult to find back in Luxembourg!

I really love Korean food, so I enjoy it very often. Unfortunately, there isn't a Korean market near my home, so I used to rely on the Asian market. However, I accidentally discovered a few months ago that I could place orders online from a Korean mart, and since then, I’ve been purchasing Korean ingredients from the online store of a Korean mart. While I can buy Korean products at the nearby Asian market, the taste of the export Korean products sold there is distinctly different from the domestic products available at a Korean mart. Therefore, I choose to purchase domestic products for Korean ingredients online, even if it means paying for shipping. So far, I have used the online stores of four different Korean marts, and "Y-Mart" has been the most satisfying one among them. I usually prepare Korean dishes at home, but occasionally I buy ready-to-eat meals that "Y-Mart" cooks and sells, and they are truly delicious. They taste very similar to what I’ve had in Korea. Their food is more authentic and tastier than what you would find in Korean restaurants in Germany, and the prices are good as well. The cooked meals from "Y-Mart" offer excellent value compared to Korean restaurants in Germany. Moreover, they package the deliveries very carefully and neatly. They ensure that the shelf-stable products don’t get damp from the refrigerated and frozen items by separating the packaging properly. The meals are double-wrapped individually to prevent any sauces from leaking. Even glass jar products are packed separately with bubble wrap to prevent breakage, which shows their genuine care. Occasionally, some products may be a bit more expensive than those at other Korean marts, but because of the excellent taste of the food and the thoughtful packaging, I can’t help but continue using "Y-Mart." I hope you will keep providing the same great taste and quality in the future. Thank you for offering such wonderful products!

A bit on the pricey side but excellent selection of freshly prepared dishes like kimbap and bento, fresh bread and sweet baked goods. For an asian store they also have a great selection of fresh vegetables, some chopped and ready to cook ingredients for korean dishes, fresh meat and a great selection of kimchi. A small selection of korean books and kids toys. Very clean, polite staff and great shopping experience in general.
