Yakiniku Kobeya Shinjuku

Good meat, good service, the server bbq the meat for us and interact. We took the 10K yen course which give us the good cut of meats and it indeed gave us overall good CP! Our fave cuts are the sirloin and tenderloin. Will come back when we come back to Tokyo.

We found this place by accident, right beside where we stayed. It was full y reserved but luckily we got a table. The food was amazing, really 10/10. The Wagyu beef is very tasty, rich flavor. The menu is very good, and the price is great for the quality. We tried the set menu for 10,000 Yen and it was much better than the 8,000 Yen set. The meat quality was higher and the cuts were perfect. I recommend going for the 10,000 Yen set because it is really worth it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place!

Booking through the Tabelog system is easy, even if you don’t have a Japanese phone number. We ordered a 10,000 yen set per person. Also, with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. The beef is really good 👍🏻. Have different parts of the beef, such as sirloin, ribs, liver, and shoulder. The waiters are really kind and patient. They noted that I am not local, even though I can understand Japanese, and they also tried to speak it slowly and with body language. That makes me feel good. Kindly remind everyone, please book if you want to try, coz the shop is not big.
