horrible experience. very not english and/or tourist friendly as no one can communicate properly with you. got the gold course to get the premium beef cuts, however they took so long to serve one premium cut and only towards the end of our time when we ordered three sets. incredibly frustrating when service is horrible from everyone and everyone doesn't seem to know what they're doing. when enquire with them about what was being served to our table, no one knew what to answer and kept insisting the misuji beef was something which we're sure wasn't. truly disappointed

Not a good choice unless no other restaurants open… Confused why they have so many positive reviews regardless of poor quality of beef, which is shown in the picture. You can easily find a better Wagyu restaurant here in Osaka at this price point trust me…

Good place to have beef tongue if you like 👍 Some server has a full of hospitality but some doesn't. There is all you can drink that you can make drink by yourself. It's fun to make it I guess but just the explanation about it isn't enough. That's why I didn't order all you can drink. It's for 90 minutes and 1,500yen and there is draft beer, The PREMIUM MALT'S(I am not sure the brand tho). There are plenty of menus of Korean dishes! If you wanna have Japanese style bbq and Korean style, you definitely come here.

My son and I came here for yakiniku. We decided not to go with the all-you-can-eat option because we wanted to eat exactly what we want and enjoy it at our own pace. However, as it turned out, there’s a 60-minute time limit even if you order a la cart! The young waitress we interacted with was very unpleasant (borderline rude). While it’s becoming more and more popular in Japan these days, you need to place your orders online. At this restaurant, they use a system through LINE, a messaging app. So, if you don’t have decent reception on your phone and the LINE app already installed, don’t even bother. Their food is very good but not amazing. With the hassle of having to order online and unpleasant waitstaff, I would not come back here nor do I recommend this to fellow travelers.

Had an amazing all-you-can-eat yakiniku experience in Umeda, Osaka. It’s not just about grilled meat — the seafood selection really stood out. Fresh crab, sashimi-grade tuna sushi, and rich seafood dishes were all included, which is rare for a yakiniku buffet. The beef quality was excellent with well-marbled cuts, and everything was served promptly despite being a buffet. Great balance between meat and seafood, so you don’t feel overwhelmed by just BBQ. Perfect for groups, celebrations, or anyone who wants variety and good value in one meal. Would definitely come back.
