Decent sound and mic… the people are nice but service is non existent. Can’t even get water or anything. For the price it’s sort of expensive as they add a fee on which is odd given there is not service. Also, the song system is not the easiest to use but once you get the hang of it it’s ok.

xiaoyi is a freaking rockstar! She makes me never want to leave. She's improved the atmosphere, the vibe, makes sure every guest is happy, she's a total gem! Love Zero!

i love zero degree karaoke, i love to go there with my friends, the rooms are affordable, most days you can just walk in and get a room, but i recommend reserving ahead of time if you want to get a good room depending on your party size. on some days they run promotional deals so you should definitely ask! they have wifi for customers and they even have youtube so you’re not limited to just the songs already programmed on their systems! sometimes i go just to hang out at the bar with my friends. the owner and his wife are so friendly and fun to talk to. they also host after parties and have people DJ in the main lobby area. I used to go clubbing a lot but now i just come here, it’s just as fun if not more fun!! oh also! they have some really yummy snacks you can order from the kitchen, i tend to get hungry once i start drinking and i always order the beef skewers, french fries, and their fried dumplings.

If I could give no stars I would. Beyond horrible drinks ridiculously expensive. Ordered 3 lychee martinis it was in a plastic cup with ice and a straw THAT IS NOT A MARTINI. Bartender beyond rude on the instagram it says $50 an hour for rooms and when we got there she rung us up for damn near $300 she called her manager and they confirmed the $50. THEN we finally got into a room the microphone wasn’t working. Staff was great in figuring it out. Unfortunately they then cut us off at the original time disregarding the microphone not working. She offered to “check the security footage to see when the problem was corrected” decided to just leave this place is not worth your money at all. Also don’t expect a bucket deal and don’t look at the fridge for available drinks because we asked for a seltzer they had in the fridge and was told no? Was here with my friend she left this review wanted to back it up. Don’t spend ur money here.

The place is very cute. It seemed a little sketchy, but they searched you before entering so there's that. The drinks are really strong. The rooms are a decent size and have a fairly good selection of music. Only two mics. They should have 4 for bigger groups but we had a great time.
